A 1:1 model of the TWIKE 5 is currently on display in Rosenthal. Made of wood, wire and cardboard, it illustrates the proportions well. In addition to the design work on the computer, the model is particularly suitable for testing the ergonomics for suitability. What has been planned in theory has to prove itself in practice. How do you get in and out? What space must the open door leave free? Where does the A-pillar not interfere with the view of the road? How can the arrangement of the pedals be optimized? How should the grips be designed for different hand sizes? The model is asked again and again in our daily work. And it has already revealed some valuable tips.
