FROM 0 TO 100 IN 3.8 SECONDS

With its electric drive system, the TWIKE 5 can achieve an impressive acceleration sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 3.8 seconds. But does an electric vehicle that has already been optimized for the lowest consumption of less than 7 kWh/100 km have to demonstrate such brute acceleration manoeuvres at the same time? In our opinion, the TWIKE pilot will not want to measure the acceleration. He just wants to have enough.

Mobility change

Please get in. Our contribution to the mobility transition has three wheels, offers space for two people and weighs less than 500 kg. A TWIKE 3 travels over 600 km without recharging and consumes around 5 kWh/100 km. The new TWIKE 5 is also more than just a nose ahead of the automotive market. Because there is currently no vehicle in this performance class that could be as efficient on the road. For TWIKE riders and many friends, the mobility revolution is already part of everyday life.

ERGO CHECK

Due to the pedaling system, the TWIKE has specific ergonomics and cannot be compared with conventional vehicles. An “ergo check” is essential in all development stages of the vehicle. The preparations for the hoped-for final development loop of the bodyshell have taken place and now allow this next step.

TWIKE – Invest in the Future!

A specially launched TWIKE.Invest project is intended to secure the complete financing of the development and initialisation of the new vehicle platform for the TWIKE 5 and TWIKE 6. The platform enables a sustainable investment in the TWIKE project and offers the opportunity to become part of the TWIKE community, even without owning a TWIKE.

TWIKE 5 – Mirror mirror mirror

Good news: The TWIKE 5 mirrors are now legally protected. These mirror glasses are specially modified for the TWIKE 5 and therefore allow an optimum rear view far behind the vehicle. And last but not least, the mirrors do not need to be folded in when parking in tight spaces.
