For customers who participated in the Free Lifetime TWIKE Service (FLT) program offered until December 2021 for down payments of €10,000 or more, service benefits are also linked to the vehicle. Eligible services performed at participating partners are reimbursed accordingly. Each vehicle is assigned a service booklet, which is transferred together with the vehicle in the event of a change of ownership.

If a component stops working, contact a TWIKE service partner for diagnosis. Many issues can be quickly identified through the onboard system and resolved by a technician.
