Note on the former Free Lifetime TWIKE Service (FLT):
The FLT offer was available to the first 200 pre-orders with an advance payment of at least €10,000 and ended on July 10, 2023. Depending on when the offer was accepted, the vehicle-specific service package covers one standard service per year for a period of 30, 20, or 10 years. Repairs, spare parts, and the replacement of parts are not included. If the vehicle is sold, the FLT package can be transferred to the new owner.
