As of May 1, 2026, the TW120 will officially be 30 years old. Bart has been driving his TWIKE since 1998—and has now clocked more than 137,500 km.
Of course, the “glider without wings” couldn’t miss the first classic car meet featuring a microlight and glider airshow at the Goetsenhoven airfield.
Although the TWIKE doesn’t have a special classic car license plate in Belgium, that didn’t dampen the mood: Bart was warmly welcomed with his TWIKE, and visitors clearly enjoyed seeing this unusual vehicle right in the midst of the classic cars.
Even after three decades, a TWIKE still stands out—not because it looks old, but because even as a classic car, it’s still forward-thinking.
137,480 km. 30 years. And still on the road.
