Der Start des Modells TWIKE 5 musste Anfang des Jahres verschoben werden, die Verzögerung soll aber das Hochfahren und die Qualität der Produktion begünstigen. Vor kurzem gab es ein Update zum aktuellen Stand.

Elektroauto-News.net: TWIKE 5 aims for series production start in late fall this year

Im September vergangenen Jahres haben wir davon berichtet, dass das Twike 5 seine Finanzierung gestemmt hat. Der Start of Production war für den Februar 2020 angestrebt. Verzögert sich nun aber um einige Monate. Wobei diese Verzögerung bewusst in Kauf genommen wird, wie uns mitgeteilt wurde. Nach aktuellem Planungsstand werden die ersten mustermäßigen Prototypen erst im Sommer aufgebaut. Der anschließende Produktionshochlauf geschieht dann im späten Herbst dieses Jahres.
