What else speaks for the second pedal generator and, in particular, for the TWIKE? The co-pilot also sits ergonomically and can move during the ride. And movement is key to preventing diseases of the circulatory system. The pedals in the TWIKE allow for ergonomic and thus back-friendly seating. The constant placement of the feet on the pedal system also allows the pilot to react more quickly in case of emergency braking (by pedaling backward, the hydraulic braking system is controlled by pedal pressure).
